St. Nicholas Coat Drive & Midnight Run

We thank everyone who joined us and donated to our Midnight Run - March 2015!

We had over 30 of our parishioners visit our less fortunate brothers and sisters in Manhattan to give them food and clothing.  We ministered to aproximately 300 people!  Thank you for your service and prayers!

We thank our Greek School PTO & Sunday School for their collective donation of $12,000 to our Community Center!

 STEWARDSHIP 2015

We look to the New Year with excitement and enthusiasm.  We reflect on all the blessings that God has bestowed on all of us.  With this in mind, please be attentive to the Stewardship Pledge card which should have been received by mail.  Please be aware of some changes made, as well as new information that is given to our community.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the church office.  May God bless us all with a health New Year 2015!

St. Nicholas Iconography Project - Phase 2

As per the September mailing, our parish is undergoing its second phase of iconography to complete the west and lower walls of the church, while simultaneously raising funds for out community center.  Throughout this process the Iconography Committee and Parish Council would like to keep our parish updated as to our collective progress in this endeavor.

Ten years ago, our community purchased the beautiful icon of the Theotokos and Christ child, the Platytera, through the efforts of the entire parish.  We would like to accomplish this again with the West wall iconography project.  The suggested donation per family for this project is $600.  If this figure does not meet your abilities you may speak to Fr. Demetrios privately for other options.  The lower wall icons on the sides of the church, may be donated by an individual or family, in memory or health of a relative for $5,000.

Many families have already spoken with Fr. Demetrios, however we kindly ask that you secure your donations, as we start to work with the iconographer and send him funds
